You’ll find the delivery date in your shipping note along with all other agreed upon deadlines. If things don’t seem to be on schedule, let us know and we’ll deal with it straight away.

As soon as the cargo leaves the place of loading, we’ll inform you by e-mail or via Whatsapp. After that, shipments can be tracked if our logistics partners provide a tracking system. We’ll be happy to let you know if you can track your particular cargo.
